The admin settings on our SaaS app gives you that freedom. You could take what was given, a simple basic app, and turn it into an app that helps you run your organisation. It gives you a buffet of configurations to choose from and builds the app from the basic foundation given to you.
🤔 But was it always this simple? No.
We now have significantly improved our launch process. What used to take us 40-50 days to onboard a client, we can now confidently do in just 1 week!
🤷🏻‍♀️ How did we reach this point? That’s an interesting story.
The root of these settings was strongly held in the backend with a couple of branches of JSON and UI screens. It was a tedious process that involved multiple teams, intense collaboration, and a lot of back and forth.

So after ~2 month-long process, the client is handed over the instance. The client continues to stay in contact with the Solutioning team to make further changes as and when required. Any further change requests that would come up would be raised in the form of a ticket to the CE team.
